Review: A someone who has not typically enjoyed whiskies coming out of the Willett Distillery I was a little leery to drop nearly $80 on this bottle of Noah’s Mill after hearing it was my neighbors favorite bourbon. Thankfully I was pleasantly surprised to find this high proof offering was approachable and a bit sweeter than the other Willett products I have tried. The taste is complex and rich and the nose is sweet and approachable. I look forward to having many more pours of Noah’s Mill. Cheers!
My Rating: Sip it!

-Shoot: Good enough to get you drunk
-Sip: Tasty enough to enjoy neat or on the rocks.
-Stock: I’d recommend keeping a bottle on hand.
