Review:

Knobel Whiskey was created by Dirty Jobs host Mike Rowe in honor of his late grandfather Mr. Knobel who was the person who got Mike interested in the trades. All of the proceeds from this whiskey are donated to the Mike Rowe Works Foundation. I am often leery of “celebrity spirits” but this is a fantastic pour and I love that the proceeds are donated to help get people back into trade jobs. If you ever come across a bottle, I recommend you pick it up. A special thank you to Austin Debock for gifting me this wonderful bottle. Cheers!

My Rating: Stock it. It’s a great tasting Tennessee Whiskey supporting a wonderful cause.

May the miles you hike be filled with wonder and the glasses you raise be filled with whiskey.

Cheers!

Rating scale:

-Spit: Don’t bother with this one. If a friend gives you a dram of it, are they even your friend?

-Shoot: Good enough to get you drunk.

-Sip: Tasty enough to enjoy neat or on the rocks.

-Stock: I’d recommend keeping a bottle on hand.
