Review: I am a big fan of rye whiskies and a big fan of toasted whiskies, so imagine my delight when I came across this bottle of Toasted Rye from Elijah Craig. This barley legal rye mash is sweet up front and trails off with the classic rye spice. The toasted finish seems to add some oaky sweetness and a burnt sugar vibe that I absolutely love. If you enjoy a sweeter rye, this may be the bottle for you. Cheers!
