Notes: Because dehydrated and freeze dried eggs tend to have a pretty terrible texture, I have found most “Breakfast scrambles” are pretty blah. The Ready Wise Breakfast Skillet is actually incredible though. It has generous amounts of pork sausage which compliment the eggs and potatoes nicely. It has the perfect caloric punch for a breakfast in my opinion and with just a dash of hot sauce powder is a great way to start your day on trail. Cheers!
