Notes: Cascade Alpine is a new company coming out of Hillsboro Oregon with a few delicious sounding meal options. This “soup” was very thick and was a great addition to a tortilla but a little extra water would give you that normal soup consistency. Everything rehydrated nicely and the large amounts of chicken meant a great protein punch at 39 grams. The only down side is the packaging. It does not stand on its own and is not insulated making it hard to handle. Other than that, this is a delicious meal worth checking out. Cheers!
