Notes: This is the best Crawfish Etoufee I’ve ever had and I don’t just mean on trail. The smells and flavors of this meal transported me down to Louisiana despite sitting in 2 feet of snow in Oregon as I ate it. It does take a fair bit of water to rehydrate and that is the only reason this particular meal did not score a perfect 5/5. If you enjoy cajun/creole flavors, this meal coming out of Texas may be worth picking up.
