Notes: Trail Goods Co. has consistently made some of my favorite backpacking meals. Their flavors are unique and rehydrate nicely. This meal is no exception. The noodles had a great texture too them being not too soft and no crunch. The veggie chunks had a wonderful flavor and offered a nice texture to the meal. I would like a little spice but that is a personal preference. If you like a little Asian style in your backpacking food, this may be the perfect meal for you. Cheers!
