Notes: As a New Mexican I am offended that Trail Goods Co. calls this dish spicy. Thankfully Wild Fire Spice Co. makes a delicious hot sauce powder that helped fix that issue. Other than that, this is a delicious meal with a good amount of calories for a dinner and a low amount of time and water that are needed to fully rehydrate. The flavor and texture are quite nice with its only drawback being its lack of true spice. Cheers!
