Notes: Spice levels vary and I feel like I have a higher tolerance. Because of that I had to add some Wildfire Hot Sauce Powder to the meal and that is the only reason this meal did not receive a perfect 5 out of 5. Served on a tortilla and this could be a perfect meal. All of the ingredients rehydrated nicely despite only needing 8oz of boiling water and 10 minutes to rehydrate. The green chilies provide an excellent flavor without a lot of heat and the creamy texture helped hold everything together. If you are fan of American style “Mexican” food this may be the meal for you. Cheers!
