Notes: Luxefly has a history of making incredibly delicious meals (albeit expensive) so I was excited to take out a dessert option. I was amazed at how many calories they packed in to this 4oz meal. I assume it has a lot to do with all of the cream and sugar it contains. The meal takes a little bit of work to put together and the sauce was overly runny while the majority of the shortbread cobbler did not rehydrate much at all. The flavor was great and it was nice to have a warm sweet treat while camping in near freezing temps. Had things rehydrated better it would have received a much better score. Cheers!
May the miles you hike be filled with wonder and the glasses you raise be filled with whiskey. Cheers!
