Notes: I was really looking forward to this meal as it did not seem to be full of mashed potatoes which always seem to soak up all the water and provide next to no flavor. Sadly despite adding too much water and giving more than the allotted rehydration time, I was left with a crunchy mess. A bit of Wildfire Co. hot sauce powder did up the flavor a bit but I will still disappointed that such an expensive meal was lacking flavor and proper rehydration. Cheers!
