Notes: I was a little trepidatious coming into a curry style breakfast but by the time I had finished it I was hoping there would be more. The heavily spiced (but not spicy per se) meal consists of small cottage cheese style curds in a delicious sauce. It does not take much water or time to rehydrate and is a wonderful to start your day on trail quickly and with fantastic flavor. Cheers!
