Notes: Although Cascade Alpine does make their Sausage Breakfast Hash with a little hot sauce, I always tend to prefer a little more. Everything rehydrated nicely and the veggies add a wonderful taste and texture to this meal. The only knock is the packaging that takes a little getting use to due to not standing on its own and not being insulated making it a little tricky to handle. Other than that, this is an incredible breakfast option for on trail. Cheers!
